The service is called “Startpack Market”

Startpack, a Russian software developer, announced last week the launch of its online recommendation service to choose cloud products by analyzing characteristics and users’ feedback.
The new product is expected to help entrepreneurs take as little time as possible to find useful solutions for their businesses, compare between those, and eventually cut the cost of using software.
According to the company, the service offers detailed descriptions of most widely used Russian and international cloud products and ranks those based on users’ assessments and/or pricing.
This combination of properties in describing cloud services is "unique for the Russian-language Internet," the developer claims.
According to Startpack estimates, at least 45% of Russian SMEs tap cloud solutions in their daily work. By using the new service the managers of small and medium-sized companies are expected to get "an effective tool" for comparing cloud services and making calculated decisions regarding the introduction of this or that product.
The company hopes to make Startpack Market "the number one reference system" for cloud services in Russia. As of today, it includes detailed descriptions of 546 cloud products in 53 areas of business.
The company Startpack specializes in developing services that facilitate work with cloud-based business apps.
