Reksoft Develops Agent Registration Site and System Management Reporting for Home Credit
Sep 18, 2014
St. Petersburg, Russia, September 18, 2014 - Reksoft, a leading developer of software and information systems and part of Technoserv Group, has completed its project to build a site for registering agents and system management reporting for Home Credit, based on the Liferay Enterprise Portal platform and the KPI for IT Staff solution.
Agent registration site keeps track of credit product sales
Reksoft’s project involved developing a site to register all agents who sell the bank’s loan products. The potential agent is registered on the site and is assigned a PIN to keep track their sales. Through their own personal account, the agent may approve an application for a bank loan by entering their potential client in the online application system. The website is fully integrated with the bank’s information systems, which displays information online about the agent’s sales.
Sergey Luban, head of business intelligence and analysis at Home Credit, outlined the advantages of the new system: ‘The agent registration site has expanded our agency network and there’s been an increase in sales of loans, deposit accounts and credit cards. By integrating the site with the bank’s information systems, we were able to significantly reduce labour costs.’
The IT Staff KPI project
This project was designed for Home Credit’s IT department and enables management reporting on internal business customers, with tracking of planned and current work. As part of the project, various types of reports can be generated to display data with details by date (in days and weeks) and bank unit.
For reporting purposes, data is collected from task accounting systems (JIRA, Remedy), uploaded to the bank vault and processed. Consolidated data management reporting takes place to a fixed schedule and files are sent to employees. IT managers can view additional information on labour costs for internal and contracted employees in the context of internal business customers, tasks and time, and can also keep track of previously scheduled performance standards on labour costs.
Sergey Chernykh, finance director at Reksoft, summed up the collaboration so far: ‘Since the beginning of 2013, Reksoft has developed more than 30 projects for the bank, most of which are implemented on the Liferay Enterprise Portal platform. Successfully implementing these projects and earning positive customer reviews at the same time have helped us accumulate expertise and technologies based on Liferay EE on an industrial scale.’
