Reksoft at European CeBIT 2007: Customers and Press Talk Truth about Nearshoring

With CeBIT behind, Reksoft sums up the results of corporate presence at Europe's major IT trade show.

The open and comprehensive discussion on a relationship building to a success is a signature of Reksoft exhibiting on European CeBIT, and 2007 is no exception", says Ekaterina Zabelinskaya, Director, Custom Solutions and Outsourcing at Reksoft.This year Reksoft presence at CeBIT Nearshoring Summit featured the presentation of Werner Fischer, Executive Vice President of IT of Springer Science+Business Media, a newly acquired customer of Reksoft.
Mr. Fischer, who is responsible for IT operations of Europe's largest publishing house, gave a presentation on the cooperation with Reksoft to the professional German audience. He elaborated on two challenges of outsourcing - the benefits of nearshoring over far-shoring and the benefits a customer can get working with a vendor like Reksoft.
In particular Mr. Fisher drew attention to factor of 'fairness' - the cornerstone of efficient relationship. He said that all the promises made by Reksoft sales and marketing team in pre-sales, were kept to the last point. He accented that Reksoft team thought proactively and made constructive proposals to optimize the business process and systems' work even outside their original scope of responsibility.
Finally, Mr. Fischer made it clear that he is highly satisfied about his experience with Russia: "Nearshoring has clear benefits compared to offshoring and the quality and the good cooperation definitely speaks for Russia as the land of choice."
Reksoft participation at CeBIT resulted in hundreds of new contacts and dozens of media reports. "We regard the DACH region as our prime market, driving 40% of sales, and this year we made extra effort to be one step closer to our customers. In January 2007 Reksoft opened the office in Munich to provide local support to our enterprise customers in Germany", said Ekaterina Zabelinskaya, Director, Custom Solutions and Outsourcing at Reksoft.
With $11.4 mln. in revenue (FY 2006) and Francotyp-Postalia, Fujitsu Siemens Computers, ProSieben, Springer Science+Business Media, T-Systems in our client portfolio, Reksoft is set to go on bringing the cost effective outsourcing solutions to the German market.
