RVC and Askcap.ru ready to help start-ups raise investment faster

Jun 05, 2013
Russia’s BIT competition of innovation projects led by Russian Venture Company (RVC) has recently announced a strategic partnership with Askcap.ru, a special online service to help start-ups raise investment, the RVC website reports.

The partnership is reportedly expected to optimize start-ups’ time investment in preparation for a variety of contests and grant applications, and to help them raise money and seek expert support.

In addition, the joint effort by RVC, the BIT leadership and Askcap.ru may help assist in bringing together different players in Russia’s innovation infrastructure, a critical task for the national market for innovation.

Today, to register an application for BIT-2013 one can go to the dedicated section on the BIT website, or fill out a well-structured application form on Askcap.ru and then copy-paste it into the dedicated BIT website section.

Project owners that use Askcap.ru as a venue for registration will have advantages, RVC underscored. For example, that will minimize the time a start-up has to spend on applying for a competition or grant program; all the start-up now needs to do so is "just a few clicks."

In the 2014 BIT competition season, all BIT applications will be registered through the Askcap.ru website, RVC said.
