Russian Business Day opens in Harbin
Russian Business Day has opened at the 17th Harbin Economic and Trade Fair.

Several dozen agreements between Russian and Chinese businessmen are expected to be signed during the event, an Interfax correspondent reports.
Presidential Envoy to the Far East Federal District Kamil Iskhakov participated in the opening ceremony.
"We are ready to implement joint projects in scientific and technological areas, to create hi-tech enterprises and innovative infrastructure," Iskhakov said addressing the authorities of Heilongjiang province and Russian and Chinese businessmen.
"The Far East is seeing the emergence of an advantageous climate to enlarge investment cooperation with foreign countries," Iskhakov said.
