SEI CMMI Level 3 Assessment Preparation Launched

Mirasoft Group, a well-established Ukrainian developer of software products, pays special attention to quality of the products developed. So, strictly adhering to international quality standards, we are always set for improvement in this sphere and our next step to better quality will be SEI CMMI- assessment. We have already started a preparation process for the SEI CMMI- Level 3 assessment. In October 2004 we signed a contract with QAI, a leading Indian provider of SEI CMMI- implementation and assessment services with such clients as Intel, Trigyn, Sony Software, Siemens, PwC to name a few.
The SEI CMMI- Level 3 assessment will take place in the near future recognizing our commitment to improving software development practices. Developed by the Software Engineering Institute, USA (http://www.sei.cmu.edu/cmmi/cmmi.html), the CMMI- or Capability Maturity Model Integration is the de-facto international standard for measuring the capability of an organization to effectively develop software. It requires a process-based approach to the development of software, encompassing both the engineering and management aspects and aimed at optimization and reduction of the incurred costs.

Our managers and employees ask questions differing from that they were interested in before.
