EGAR Technology announces the signing of an agreement with Intel

New York, NY, May 10th, 2004 - EGAR Technology, inc. is proud to announce the signing of an agreement with Intel- Corporation within the framework of Easy Access Program - an Intel--sponsored program for the support of software developers. The agreement makes possible the companies' cooperation, including the implementation of Intel-'s state-of-the-art hardware and technological solutions in a wide range of EGAR Technology's regular and custom software products, widely used for the integrated support of trading and financial markets management, and for complex automation of investment departments in banks and financial companies.

The main task under this program is to reach the maximum performance while working with massive databases and processing transactions in real time, which are of paramount importance for the successful work of financial market participants. At the moment, EGAR Technology's specialists have already successfully ported the EGAR FOCUS databases on Intel- Itanium- 2 CPU-equipped platforms.
