Technological Park “West Siberian Innovative Center of Oil and Gaz” now gives platform for smaller companies to implement innovative projects.

Presidential envoy in UFD Pyotr Latyshev and governor of the Tyumen Region Vladimir Yakushev officially opened techno-park in Tyumen last week. Technological Park "West Siberian Innovative Center of Oil and Gaz" now gives platform for smaller companies to implement innovative projects.

The park also includes offices of big companies which conduct scientific research. LUKoil became one of the first resident’s of Tyumen’s techno-park. LUKoil’s plans to station its seismic research unit here.

Viktor Savransky, general director of the Park, explained that public areas of the park will be available for public entrance, while inside sections of private enterprises will be accessible only for their employees.

The next stage of the Park’s development is the construction of a new complex at the lake Alebashevo.
