PATENT LAW
This Law and legal acts shall govern both economic and moral relations arising out of the creation, legal protection and use of inventions, utility models and industrial designs.

This Law and legal acts adopted on the basis thereof by the constituent Republics within the Russian Federation shall govern both economic and moral relations arising out of the creation, legal protection and use of inventions, utility models and industrial designs (hereinafter also referred to as dustrial property subject matter).
