The Russian Investment Fund for Information and Communication Technologies will become one of the first issuing companies at the trading floor. However, the Investment Fund will start its activity only after conducting additional issue of shares for individual stockholders; therefore the government share will be reduced to 51%. The poll held among the market participants showed, that the vast majority don't believe the new stock exchange can function effectively; to their mind, specialized exchanges may be formed on the existent basis only.
