As Rusbase.vc reported, the team’s flagship product is an app called "Where is Schoolchild GPS/GLONASS."
The service is said to be focused on tracking the movement of a child by installing the app on the smartphones of both a parent and the child. At the moment, the app is only available for Android-powered gadgets.
According to Andrei Samofalov, the CEO and founder of the company, the team monetizes the service through subscription. Mr. Samofalov said there’ve been about 2,000 downloads thus far but "to reach break-even, we need an estimated 5,000 active users," a goal the company hopes to achieve by mid-2015.
According to statistics, every 30 minutes a child gets lost in Russia, and every six hours a child gets lost to never be found. Many of these get kidnapped, too.
