The Global Services 100, now in its seventh year, is a tool for buyers of business and technology services to identify and select the right vendor. The study is done under the guidance of Neogroup, a globalization advisory firm. Service providers opt-in to participate in the study that is conducted online.

For the past six years Global Services Media and Neogroup analysts have been selecting a hundred best IT Services companies. These are chosen through a rigorous methodology that evaluates each company across multiple dimensions, measured both quantitatively and qualitatively. The annual Global Services study presents a complete view of the dynamics of the most significant segments that make up the IT and business process outsourcing industry. The list reflects the diversity and overall landscape of the service provider community in terms of company sizes, countries of origin and countries of delivery.

The GS100 analytical model is based on four key criteria: performance and leadership, quality and maturity of customers, breadth of services offered, and spread of global delivery capabilities. Reksoft has been on the Global Services 100 list since 2006.

"Having been in the Global Services 100 listing for the seven consecutive years means that Reksoft has followed the correct market strategy. Our expanding client portfolio, deepened technology expertise and strong vertical experience in financial services and telecommunications have secured a place for Reksoft in GS 100 this year," says Alexander Egorov, Reksoft Chief Executive Officer.

"The global service provider landscape is increasingly getting complex; but buyers are looking at vendors with scale, skill, or both in delivering business outcomes and not cost-savings alone. The companies on the Global Services 100 list have demonstrated their ability to deliver complex solutions and services, manage global customers, and sustain successful financial performance," says Ed Nair, Editor, Global Services.

In 2012 Reksoft was also honored in IAOP’s 2012 Global Outsourcing Sub-Lists as one of Best 5 Rising Stars in Telco and Best 5 Rising Stars in Russia and Best 20 Rising Stars in Technology (Hardware and Software); Information/Comm. Technology Services and Best 20 Rising Stars in Western Europe.
