Reksoft, a Russian systems integration company, and End2End, a leading European provider of outsourced solutions for mobile data, announced a partnership to bring End2End's Content Delivery Solution (CDS) to the Russian and CIS telecommunications market.

Under the terms of this agreement, Reksoft will promote and provide implementation support of End2End solutions on the Russian market with the key target customers being Russia- and CIS-based mobile operators. With more than a decade of experience in the telecom area, Reksoft already has a history of working with the leading mobile operators in Russia.

End2End's Content Delivery Solution (CDS) is Europe's most popular outsourced solution for mobile content delivery and management. It provides a future-proof platform that enables the delivery of any content to any device. The CDS is delivered as a managed service solution and is currently used to power the delivery of content across 20 countries.

According to the estimates of Ministry of IT & Telecommunications at the end of the first half of 2006 Russia's telecommunications market was worth RUR 374.8bn (EUR 11bn) which translates into growth of 22.5% in comparison with the corresponding period of the previous year. The mobile segment represented the biggest chunk of the market, i.e. RUR 170bn (EUR 5bn) or approx. 45%.
