September, 3, 2002. Fernando Gomez, Motorola Senior Vice President and General Manager of PCS EMEA and Joseph Caci, Director of EMEA Product Engineering PCS visited Telma Ltd., largest Motorola outsourcing partner in Russia.

These top executives traveled to Russia on corporate aircraft and flew to Nizhny Novgorod for one day only to meet with Telma management. They've gone through the presentation dedicated to 10th anniversary of Motorola-Telma partnership and took a tour of new Telma development facilities. This has been the first time Fernando Gomez arrive to Telma, so he was quite impressed by Telma experience and abilities. Following the tour, Telma project leaders made the technical walkthrough of current projects and research programs, as well as plans for the nearest future. The visit marks an important milestone of Motorola's program of business expansion in EMEA and gives Motorola and Telma new perspectives to discuss the partnering program in the software development and scientific research.

Telma has been previously engaged in Motorola projects in North and Latin America, Korea, China and Japan. So this is going to be the first attempt of cooperating with European branch.

Telma is planned to be solving one of the most critical tasks nowadays, development of the locale functionalities for cell phones. Constant geographic expansion of Telma's professional activity can be considered an outcome of longstanding and thorough cooperation with Motorola.
