ZAO "MCST" is the successor to the limited liability company Moscow Center of SPARC Technologies established in 1992 on the basis of computer divisions of the Institute of Precise Mechanics and Computer Technology named after S.A. Lebedev, a member institute of the Russian Academy of Science. In 1992, two MCST branches were set up in Novosibirsk and St. Petersburg.Areas of domain expertise:
